This time was my one month rent during my summer school. I've been renting other places before, this one at St. Germain is the best: perfect location, beautiful & clean, and Metro, bus are in front of the building with best view wih Medical school and walking distance to the Notre Dame, garden of Luxemburg, Seine river.two people can sleep with the couch bed. And the vey kind owner speaks perfect English. I may have to come back to my school net year in 2026. So convenientplace and best location.I really enjoyed stayin there!Thank you. Joy

It was a pleasure to host Joy. It was so easy to communicate together. Joy is so kind. She perfectly respected all the rules of the building and the apartment. I hope to host her again soon.
