Small apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood, located conveniently close to several major attractions and Le Marais. It was tight but adequate for me and my two teenage kids, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. Excellent value for the money. All inquiries to host were answered promptly.

Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.

Amazing location, cozy, great communication. Key drop off and pick up was easy but wished it was closer to the apartment. The unit, plus towel and bedding could have been a bit cleaner.

The studio apartment is very conveniently located in the center of many attractions in Paris yet is still at the quiet little street. We had everything we needed for our stay. The communication was easy via text, instructions were clear and supported by the videos. Very professional management where any questions or issues are answered promptly. Just remember that this studio is located on the 3rd floor of an old parisian building (what has its charm), but climbing up a spiral of steep srairs may not be for everyone. We will definitely book the Cozy Studio if we visit Paris again.

Great location for exploring Marais and Paris. Lots of good eating options close by. Easy walk to Metro though the ticket machine in that area wasn’t working but that is a metro problem not an apartment problem. Just had to walk to Hotel de ville to find a working machine. This won’t be a problem if you already have a metro card and can reload from your phone. And hopefully the metro people will have fixed the machine at Pont Marie. Host was great to communicate with

All communication until the day of checkout was via automated responses. We were given vague key pickup instructions and the host was unresponsive until the following day (again, with an automated response, hoping our check in was ok). Luckily a stranger living in the apt building next door helped us. The pillow and mattress were soiled. Location was fantastic!

Would I stay here again? Definitely. Would I recommend it? 100%.

We recently stayed in this apartment for a few days, and let me tell you, it was exactly what we needed. First off, the location? Spot on. We were right in the heart of Paris, with the Louvre, the Palais Royal Gardens, and the Seine all within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of cozy restaurants and shops nearby. Now, onto the apartment itself. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The sofa bed, which I wasn’t sure about, turned out to be surprisingly comfy — no complaints from my friend who used it. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed for a few home-cooked meals. Oh, and let’s talk about the check-in process. Super easy, with clear instructions and videos that made it a breeze.

Le drain de la douche est partiellement bouché ce qui fait que l'eau déborde sur le plancher de la salle de bain. La, ou plutôt, les pommes de douches sont obstruées par des dépôts calcaire ce qui les rend pratiquement inutilisables.

Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Der Schlüsselübergabeprozess war reibungslos.

Le studio était bien , correspondait au descriptif, en plus bien situé au centre de Paris. La liaison avec le personnel uniquement par internet. Par contre la prise des clés est très compliqué, si vous avez le malheur d’arriver entre 20:00H et 21:00H,vous devez payer 50 € en plus ,situation vraiment pas correct, la remise des clés lors du depart se fait à 1,3 km du studio, trouver vraiment une autre solution. Vraiment dommage
