A two bedroom board house with a large kitchen, gas stove, fridge and living room a STONE THROW from Little Bay Beach. The fenced off yard has fruit trees at guests disposal. Relaxing laid back rustic setting 20 yards from the beach.
The cottage is 900 square feet.
Beach, bar and restaurant close by. Fresh fish and produce from locals. Bob Marley's remnants of a beach house and unique water caves within walking distance.

Negril is 30min drive away.
JAMWEST is closeby offering Horse back, Zip line, ATV or Quad vehicles trail rides and nature park walks.

Why they chose this property

Annette and Courtney look after the place. They know how to deal with people to make your stay extra special. Annette has a meal plan you can ask about and Courtney can be your wheels; he runs a taxi. What ever you need they will help accommodate you.
We have many fruit trees on property. The beach is right infront of you. Very peaceful and relaxing surroundings away from the tourist market. Interesting and friendly people live in Little Bay. Safe!

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on the porch after a good meal and listen to music. I love getting up in the morning and swimming to the reef and coming back and drinking a mega-cup of blue mountain coffee.
