Our unit had way more room than expected. It offered beautiful views of the inter coastal water with dolphins spotted. We were within walking distance to everything. Property has tennis, pickle ball, putting green, pool and hot tub, shuffle board all located behind Smugglers Cove.

We loved our stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location is great (cross the road and you're at the beach), the condo was quiet, clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend!!

Great place to stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Everything was as advertised and was in a great location. The only bad thing I have to say is it could have been cleaner. But we would definitely stay again.

Yearly trip to Indian Shores

It was our 4th visit to Indian Shore. We enjoyed the stay. Apartment was perfect for our family, located conveniently right across the street from the beach. There was minor inconvenience parking wise, this particular apartment doesn’t have covered parking, so the car was like an oven during the day. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. The dining choices were plenty. The weather was nice, what else to ask for a shot stay in paradise? We will be back next year.

BEACH GETAWAY

The condo was fairly clean but got very dusty everyday, they should change the air filter in the air-conditioning! It was comfortable and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained but the chairs were very old and stained they should buy new ones.

Nice week at the beach

Nice, clean condo. Not a big deal, but be aware the view is not directly on the waterway. There is another building in front, though there is a partial view,which we were fine with. Right across the street from the beach. Only one good beach chair, but we managed.

This trip was our 5th at waterview , first Time in this unit . We love the spot, the pool , the easy beach access and we were happy to come back at WV. Altough the condo was not as clean and upgraded as we were expecting. We had to wash the floors, the bed sheet and bath. We will be returning , hopefully it will be better next Time .

Great Location! Overall all condo had everything you needed. Only one complain is the overall all cleanest of the condo was not top notch. We had a great time at the pool & beach that is one reason we got out of town. pretty much we had a pool to our self.

Clean condo. The facilities were clean. The pool and pool area were cleaned daily. Warm pool and hot hottub. Access to the beach was easy. Beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets. The condo had all the beach accessories that we needed. The owners were easy to communicate with. Average beds. Indian Shores is a great area! Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby the condo!

My review

The location was wonderful. The set up was also very convenient. However, the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. We had to go purchase a new bottom sheet that actually fit. And a little more time could be spent doing some detailed cleaning. I would definitely stay again if there were different beds.

When we stopped on one bed there was sand and someone's hair. Not all TVs work; locks do not work well either. Two stars no longer pulls. From a good beach three minutes walk. The pool and jacuzzi are good, quiet hotel. True, the neighbors drilled half a day of the wall or ceiling. Last year, for this money they took 8 miles from here, the number is much better. In principle, if you don’t really find fault, it’s not bad.

Good place but has room for improvement

Things we loved- -location, Beach is not far. first floor is close to stairwell in parking, -extra big supplies in closet, -pool, grill Things that could be improved -linen-I think there was like six or seven towels for the whole unit. Not enough if four people shower daily - beds- you could sleep on them. But they are not what I would call comfortable- and squeak a lot -had minimal dishes. We counted three spoons. -cleanliness- found sand on the office futon, found black hair on the floor -remodel done but not everything- new floors new paint, however kitchen appliances very outdated, showers/ bath are old. I love the general building and the location however, for in order for me to stay here again I would have to see new mattresses and stocked better, and cleaning people doing a better job.

Extremely disappointed with condo

The A/C was broken, the floors were dirty, stains on pillows, washing machine was broken. Owner refused to fix A/C in August (100 degrees each day). Provided portable A/C units, but inside never got cooler than 80 degrees. Told us he didn't want to spend the money to fix things because he was selling. Had to call the property manager EVERY day with issues. Unacceptable for what we paid, and it RUINED our vacation. Please save yourself the frustration and DO NOT rent this condo.

Dirty, but awesome location

The location and proximity to the beach is perfect! It’s a short drive to amazing restaurants and grocery stores. When we first arrived and opened the front door the first thing we saw was a huge amount of sand and dirt right inside the front door. As we began unpacking, I realized the condo was missing hand soap, dishwasher detergent, towels and.bathroom rugs. Our first morning, I went to enjoy a cup of coffee and noticed there were dirty dishes, silverware and utensils in the kitchen. At this point I called iTrip to share my experience/concerns. A staff member returned my call very quickly and apologized. She had towels and the other items that are supposed to be in the condo, delivered later that day, but forgot the rugs. She also offered to have someone come clean the floors but I didn’t want the inconvenience. After an entire day of being there I realized I should have had the cleaner come because the floors were so dirty that all of our white socks were disgustingly filthy. There is no way the floors were mopped between stays and the dirty dishes makes me wonder if the cleaning staff even looked or inventoried. My family and I will not be renting from iTrip again, but if we found something in the building being rented from an individual or another company we would, as the building amenities and location were great.

Cozy condo

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this unit and it’s a great location. This time I noticed things were not as usual from our last visits. I know the condo has a new owner but I don’t know if that has anything to do with the TLC it needs. The curtains in the bedroom were hanging off the clips as well as mold on the bottom. The floors were dirty, balcony was unswept and had a bottle cap laying on the floor. The toilet wobbled when sitting in the master bath. The lights were burnt out in the fan above dining table. Also there was duct tape holding a lamp together. These were minor things but they need to be taken care of. Also the dryer doesn’t work keeps turning off saying you need to clean the lint catcher. Did that and still continues to turn off. Also we had to buy 2 beach chairs as the ones in the closet are terrible. We left them behind for future guests to use. Besides these things I love the condo and it has lots of potential but definitely needs TLC. Location is great, pool is immaculate. I will definitely stay in this complex again.

102 Waterview Indian shores florida

We have stayed at 102 Waterview many times in the past, The owners are personal friends of ours and is also a client of mine. I actually helped pick out their new flooring. I have to tell you the truth… this brand new flooring was so dirty it turned my socks almost black…as though the flooring had not been moped in months not to mention the sand. When we ended our stay I left a note for the Itrip cleaning people to ask that they don’t let the next people coming in to this unit have the same experience we had. That being said, We love the location and ease to the beach, that’s why we’ve stayed so many times.

Very nice property

This condo was very nice and convenient to the beach. The pool was kept immaculate by a maintenance worker whom loved what he was doing. The kitchen was very well stocked with all your cooking needs. The mattresses are fair. I think they need replacing soon. Overall excellent condo we will be returning.
