Lovely condo , clean, well stocked, nicely appointed . Host is very responsive , No actual hot tub with the unit but still a great place to stay.

Thanks so much for your lovely review! I wish you had asked about the hot tub. In this area there are bears and other wildlife and if we had a hot tub it would be almost impossible to supervise it for safety. Our insurance company probably would not allow it anyway because of drowning risk if unsupervised. Right across the street at the Omni Mt. Washington hotel (2 minutes by car), which is part of our resort, there is a beautiful hot tub which you are free to use if you book any massage, facial or body treatment. We like to do that a few times a year. We schedule a massage or some such luxurious thing early in the day and then you can spend the rest of the day enjoying all of the other amenities there such as heated indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool/hot tub, saunas and steam rooms. You can also spend the day in your bathrobe and be served lunch within the Spa itself. Heaven!

This is a very nice townhouse, lovely area. I think families will like it a lot, for our group of seniors it was less convenient, a lot of steps from the parking lot to the house, a spiral staircase difficult for us to maneuver.

Thank you so much for your review! I am glad you enjoyed the cleanliness and the area. As our listing photos show, yes, there is a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. It is very sturdily built with oak steps. Probably if someone brings a large suitcase it would be awkward. We tend to use backpacks and soft duffel bags so it has never been a problem. We have only had two negative comments in 12 years of renting. It is also true that we are furthest from the parking lot but we LOVE that because it means the townhouse is lovely and quiet, surrounded by trees and nature. There are no headlights and noise, from cars coming and going, bothering us at night. If mobility is an issue it would probably be best if you ask about that ahead of time in future. I would always be very honest about the details of our location. I am sure most hosts would be honest as well.

Mid September and leaves just starting to turn. The rental worked great. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and great hiking reference books. Clean and comfortable.

Deirdre was a great host throughout the process, providing plenty of information prior to check in and quickly responded to my one question during the stay. Property was great, clean at the check in, labels and instructions throughout to limit guessing on what each switch does or where to find things. Wonderful view from the deck, while listening to a small brook running through the backyard. Perfect location for our stay during the summer to visit Mt Washington, but this place would be a must have in the winter for skiing, the Bretton Woods ski resort looks impressive.

Great stay. Very clean, great location. We were able to ski from the home even late in the ski season and there is a nice brook just behind it where the kids enjoyed exploring. We even got a nice view of Mt Washington from the living room. Friendly hosts.

Great experience all around. The location of the condo is perfect - right off the trail. Bretton Woods is a great family mountain. Great views of Mt. Washington. The host was very accommodating and helpful. This was our second year in a row, and we will be back next year!

Woke in the morning to a spectacular sunrise behind Mt Washington. Skiing was great. Could access condo off 2 mile home or through lower lot which connects to bottom of Perimeter or near top of little beginner chairlift. Deirdre was very accommodating and helpful with quick response to a couple of questions. Would stay again
