Ski season is here and this is your home away from home for your perfect Bretton Woods Ski Vacation. This two level duplex sleeps 9 comfortably. Renovations complete now, include entryway, expanded cooks kitchen, expanded loft with shower bath, and tasteful décor throughout, for a relaxing, tranquil, get-a-way. Sleeps 9 ( K, K, Q & 2 Twins & Trundle twin, playpen, on suite with two Full Bath and one Shower Bath.)

The Omni resort has numerous amenities you can access including the Mount Washington Hotel, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, ice skating, and indoor rock climbing. Your oasis is located moments away from the base lodge and chairlifts. Ski-in with a short walk out.

This place is super clean and we loved the location but there were a couple issues with the property itself. The bathtub did not drain properly, and the trundle bed did not have sheets on it when we arrived. Most importantly, although the property is advertised as accommodating 10 guests, I would not recommend it for a group of that size. The space felt much too small for 10 people, and the stairs did not feel safe or appropriate for a 3-year-old and the children’s beds were located upstairs. I would encourage anyone considering this property—especially families with young children or groups of 10—to take these issues into consideration before booking.

Mother- daughter ski trip with 3 families.Very clean property, very responsive host. Well-stocked kitchen. Great fireplace. Biggest con is that it’s a decent walk to the slopes with your gear—fine for us, but we all said we were glad we didn’t have younger kids. Two cars allowed to park on property, overflow parking is down the hill at the lodge. Would stay again.

Our host was very helpful with messaging the day of our arrival and wanting us to contact him to make sure we arrived safely and found everything to our liking. The plae was clean, well appointed, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to make our stay more comfortable. Our Grandchildren had a marvelous time and they are missing NH already. Thanks to John and Brenda for a lovely rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and spotless condo! The locating of the condo and check-in process was smooth and easy thanks to the clear, detailed instructions. Upon arrival, our parking spaces were taken. We had to park in the next unit’s spots and were concerned that we would get fined or towed. Our spots were occupied by the renters in the basement of our unit, that we were unaware of. The basement renters could be heard clearly until 1:00am. I messaged the owner that we had to park elsewhere and his only reply several hours later was “perfect”. I won’t rent this unit in the future.

It was an unforunate and temporary situation. Actually, I made a call to "Dan", my neighboring unit #47, and got you a parking spot "immediatly" while I dealt with the resort personal to find the owners of the mis-parked car. You wrote me , and I quote , "We just got back from my brothers and both spots for 48 are now taken. There are people downstairs who took the spots we believe. We are using 47 spots." to which I replied "Perfect".

Great place to stay!

The condo was extremely well kept and clean. Great functional space, lots of comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and pillows. Loved having access to a washer and dryer for after skiing. The location was a great spot, just a short walk to the ski path!

Great Getaway!

Perfect Location!

John was very responsive before, during and after our stay! The condo was bigger than we anticipated and the perfect place to wind down with little ones after a day at Santa’s Village. Will certainly try to stay here again for future trips!

Fun trip with friends!

This is a beautiful condo - a true home away from home - with anything you could need at your fingertips! The slopes are a short walk from the front door and we had a terrific time! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

The. Townhouse was cozy yet spacious. The location is perfect for many day trips along with the opportunity to eat close by at the Omni resort. We would definitely come back for another stay.

I chose this condo because I was able to buy it from an original owner. It needed "love" when I bought it, but it's location on the mountain with its scenic view and privacy, drew me to this "labor of love".
