The large living room with fireplace, fully stocked gourmet open concept kitchen with double tiered white quartz top center island and dining area, outside grilling area, - all feature breathtaking views of the PNW beauty! This home has two decks and a rooftop to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets while dining alfresco.
The space
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a freestanding tub and heated floor, walk in closet and a small outside balcony. The other three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The half bath is located on the first floor by the entrance. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower floor with another full sized bathroom and entertainment hall.
Additionally, there is a spacious office cabinet on the main level.
Ensuite washer and dryer, extra linens, and fresh towels are all available upon your arrival along with high-speed internet and TV.
Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the beach and trails of Lincoln park, 12 minute drive to Seatac airport, 15 minute drive to Downtown Seattle, 25 min drive to Bellevue.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this West Seattle home. It was 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. The home has a wonderful roof top view. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family.

The house is just beautiful with many modern conveniences. It’s a quiet, older neighborhood and this house is definitely the nicest home on the block. Be prepared for stairs since including the huge rooftop deck there are 4 floors.When traveling with three generations like we did, a little separation is not the worse thing ;) Located approx 20 minutes west of downtown Seattle. We found it to be a comfortable retreat to come home to after long days exploring this wonderful city. Elena, the owner, is very sweet and accommodating.
