We love this area of colorado because of all of the things you can do in the summer and winter. You are right next to skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, and wildlife viewing. I love this area and have been wanting to buy a condo for 20 years.
What makes this studio unique
The location can't be beat. We are so close to everything. You are in the mountains and close to solitude but the condo also has a restaurant and bar, pool, arcade room and workout area so you can have fun without leaving the complex. We also like being able to fix our own food. The condo has a rustic cabin feel with moose and bear items.
