Absolutely breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Perfect house for our staycation. Great location, great views. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with before and during our trip. Lovely private area to relax and take in the serenity. Looking forward to another stay.

Family Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful few days staying at the beach house! We enjoyed the convenient location perfect for a quiet get away or for us with our son who enjoyed walking down to the beach multiple times a day! Easy access to downtown St. Aug, great restaurants nearby. Love the privacy of the beach as well! The outdoor seating and bathroom put this rental over the top. Loved it!!

Centrally Located for Easy Access to St. Augustine

This was our first family vacation to Florida and this was a perfect house for us. A short jaunt down to the beach or town less then 15 minutes away for lunch or dinner at one of the many local restaurants. The house included beach toys, boogie boards, yard games, and beach towels. We enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas for hanging out or dinner outside. Would definitely recommend for a trip to the St. Augustine area.

Beachfront stay

Such a beautiful location. The property is on a quiet beachfront where you feel you have the beach to yourself. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything our family needed. The host is wonderful and communicated regularly, she even left us a very nice welcome basket of goodies. It is also just a few minutes away from all St. Augustine attractions. Awesome Family Vacation

Our family just finished a great week together at the beach. This house had everything we needed as a family with kids ranging in age 1-12. The beach toys and games were a big hit with our kids. The outdoor shower was also very helpful to clean up at the end of the day. We loved the semi-private beach as there were times when we were the only ones on the beach. We will be back next summer!

Great beach weekend

House was as described in a great location off A1A. We went for Memorial Day Weekend and beach wasn’t overrun, gave a real sense of privacy. All of the available beach toys were great, there was zero need to pack anything to enjoy the sand! Host was very communicative starting days before our arrival and even left us a basket of goodies and some cold drinks for us to enjoy over the weekend :). Perfect size for a group of 4. Easy 15 munute drive over to historic St Augustine from here when you’re ready to leave the sand for a bit and enjoy some of the sites.

Great relaxing time with the family!

We stayed at the house for a few days during my kids spring break and we absolutely loved the house. It was very inviting and relaxing. There are no condos, apartments or neighborhood around, so it feels like you have your own private beach. The house had all the amenities that you need during your stay. From board games, yard games, seating, cookware, beach toys, etc, the house had it all. Within a 15 min ride we would be right in the attractions of St. Augustine so even on the rainy days there was much to do. Finally, the Host Christina was amazing to work with. She was very responsive, caring and even gave us a welcome basket. I would highly recommend staying here as you will enjoy it as much as we did. We look forward to coming back in the near future!

Family vacation

House was very nice. Bunkbed is to close to the ceiling for anyone to sleep in. Upstairs bathroom door cannot be shut, which was quite inconvenient. Dirt and leftover trash from previous guests was under the couches, and since the couches sit off the floor, it was visible. Clothes were left in the bedroom from previous guests. Everything to use outside, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc was broken. On a positive side, we absolutely loved the Adirondack chairs by the ocean, they were amazing!! We also were very greatful for our annniver cake! Overall, our stay was amazing, just a few things that could have been better.

Spectacular Ocean Front Property

From the moment we arrived at this property, I was completely awestruck by the breathtaking ocean views. The pictures do not do it justice; it is even more beautiful in person. Christina, our host, was absolutely amazing. She communicated with me prior to our arrival about many details and was always available to answer any questions. When we entered the property, it was spotlessly clean and Christina even left us a gift basket with lots of goodies and beverages. She was even so thoughtful as to provide a dog bowl and toy for our dog. This home has every single amenity you could possibly want or need. No detail is neglected. The outdoor seating area was one of my favorite parts of this home. If you didn’t want to be in the sun, you could still sit outside in the covered deck area and enjoy the amazing ocean breezes and views. The interior of the beach house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen area is very accommodating with all you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable in each of the three bedrooms. As far as location, this property is in close proximity to grocery stores, marinas, and fabulous restaurants, but you are just far enough away from the busyness to relax and enjoy the privacy of your own little stretch of the Atlantic Ocean. This vacation getaway is most definitely a 10/10 and we cannot wait to visit again!
