Come relax in a Beach Home located directly the beach!!

A relaxed and freshly-decorated two bedroom two bath Beach House located ON the beach awaits you. You conveniently walk into​ a living space with a ​ picturesque Atlantic Ocean view. Relax in the ​living room on three couches that all allow for a full view of the beach and ocean. One couch lends itself to a pull-out sofa in the living room. Make your way to the beach from one of the entryways​ from the family room. You are just steps away from the ​ocean and beach fun.
This home is excellent if you are a paddle boarder, kayaker, fisherman; there is plenty of room to put your toys in the water, right from your back yard.

An eat-in fully​ equipped kitchen with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The table in the kitchen seats 4-6 and perfect for a snack or meal.

The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed with a TV and an attached​ full bath. You have a full view of the Atlantic Ocean and glass​​ sliding doors open to allow you access to the full wrap around porch and beach.

The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed and a double bunk bed. This bedroom connects​ to a full bath. This room lends itself to a couple stay or place for a roomful of kid fun.

This house has a full UPPER and LOWER deck to enjoy the view. The upper deck allows for grilling on the gas grill. Chairs and lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation on both levels. The lower level allows​​ those to escape the sun and still enjoy the outdoors and ​the VIEW. Perfect spot to catch up on your beach read.


An added bonus and convenience is a hot and cold enclosed​ private outdoor shower. Shower off the sun and fun of the day easily​.

YES! This house has FREE Wi-Fi, & Cable, no smoking and no pets allowed in this home. Sleeps 4-6 .

We have stayed at this wonderful property several times and we are never disappointed. It is in a great location halfway between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. As an added benefit, there is a nature preserve within walking distance directly across A1A. The GTM Preserve has many nice trails and kayaking available. Highly recommended.

Everything was as advertized. Not a big house but perfect for our damily of 6. We have stayed on A1A for about 10 years now, and this house has the best beach access of all the ones we've stayed at. AC unit is also the best we've had. Deck is wobbly in spots, but not dangerous.I was sad that the swing in the pictures wasn't there!!! Overall. Great place to stay. I would stay again.

Our beach house is located on A1A with Guana national park located across the street and the Atlantic Ocean in our backyard. We are conveniently located to historic St. Augustine, Florida where you will find so many fun things to do and see.
