Lower back patio was pretty dirty but the inside and rear of the outdoor was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at . We weren’t able to get in with the code that was given but the owners answered right away . Great place for the family and would stay again!

Eva’s rental in Sawgrass was perfect for us. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for the five of us. We enjoyed the community pool and the community was well maintained. The location was very convenient. Essentials were well supplied except we couldn’t find any garbage bags. Our only two recommendations are a few more towels and washcloths and new blinds as some were damaged.

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time and this home was beautiful. It was near everything but still away from the noise and congestion of route 1. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great time loved the house ! Plenty of room ! And it was great we were able to bring our dogs ! The host was very easy to communicate with if we go back we would stay there again !

Great Location

This is a wonderful location. Love the community pool. House is spacious and clean and has everything you need. Super quick drive to the boardwalk, beach, Cape Henlopen, Ferry, etc…We would stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway

We appreciated the host's welcome and the cleanliness of the place. We were missing some small items that we had to go and purchase. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the host was helpful.

House overall very clean. Filters dirty had to replace. Previous tenants left the grill a mess. Curb appeal could use some work. The rest of the house looked great. Nicely decorated. Garage had pool and beach supplies. Host was quick to respond when contacted Clubhouse pool was great. Overall would recommend to others.
