Luxury Bungalow in Gulfport - Close to the Beaches

Newly constructed in 2014, this beautifully appointed bungalow will delight you the moment you arrive!! This home is decorated in casual, coastal style and has all of the charm of a traditional cottage with all of the modern amenities of a newly built home. High ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of windows offer a spacious and luxurious feel. No expense has been spared in this gorgeous bungalow that is located in the heart of Gulfport's Beach & Art District, just three blocks from the beach and two blocks from Beach Blvd where you will find Gulfport's many wonderful restaurants and shops.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open great room that provides easy access to the gourmet kitchen and dining and living areas. The dining area seats six and has an adjacent dining porch that is accessible through double french doors. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded stainless appliances, and a large island.

The Master bedroom overlooks the private yard and has a cozy king bed, a coffered ceiling, and a large walk-in closet. It has a large chest of drawers and a flat screen television. The private master bath has a large walk-in shower and is decorated in an elegant vintage style with carrerra marble countertops, hexagonal floor tile and penny tile accents.

The second bedroom overlooks the covered front porch and has a queen bed and flatscreen tv. The third bedroom overlooks the front yard and covered porch and has a twin daybed with a trundle and a flat screen television. The guest bath has a combination shower/bathtub and a spa-like feel with soothing grey tiles, espresso cabinets, and carrerra marble countertops with mosaic glass tile accents. Just outside of the second bath is an office nook with a desk that is perfect for catching up on email or working remotely.

This lovely home comes with several outdoor spaces for enjoying the tropical Florida climate. The large backyard is a tropical oasis, fully fenced in for privacy and landscaped with mature trees and tropical plants. The covered side porch off of the dining room extends to a wrap-around porch that spans the entire rear of the home with multiple seating areas including a living/lounge area, picnic table, and chaise lounges with cushions. There is a charcoal grill for barbecuing. There is a also a covered porch in the front of the home that is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Other amenities include an inside washer and dryer and a one-car garage with plenty of room for parking for additional cars in the driveway.

Just a short drive to downtown Saint Petersburg with its fine museums and waterfront and the beaches of Saint Petersburg, Gulfport is a very walkable area and no car is needed to get around in the immediate area.

This is the best appointed vacation home one could hope to find. It's a newer place, so everything is in top-notch condition. The owners are responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Ideally located and incredibly comfortable, this property is perfect for exploring all of the charm and beauty of Gulfport! Christine and Jim are great communicators and have created a home away from home that has everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay! HEAVEN IN GULFPORT

The only thing to say about this property is "We have stayed here twice and never intend today anywhere when visiting Gulfport". The house is wonderful and has everything you could need. This is a beautiful and clean property, convenient to restaurants and shopping (a very short, safe walk) and has a GREAT yard for your furry friends. You can't go wrong in the rental.

This property was truly amazing. The property owners are very responsive and friendly as well. The home was open and bright. I had requested a crib and highchair for my 9 month old. Both were there when we arrived. I expected the bedrooms to be smaller based on the photos however, they were quite large. The bathrooms were much larger than I excepted as well. The home is nicely tucked back from the road with plenty of room to park 2 cars on the driveway. The backyard is huge and the screened in patio was fabulous. There is also a nice front porch to sit on and enjoy a cup of coffee. The home is well equipped with kitchen pots, pans, utensils, cups, and everything else you need. Plenty of beach toys and a pushcart were provided as well. Its a very short walk to many coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, especially for families!

Great Like New Renal House In Gulfport!

We had a great stay, just two blocks off the main Street of shops and restaurants. If you keep walking a few blocks thru the town you end up at the beach area with bars and volleyball courts. The house was super clean and stocked with what you would need for a great stay. Thanks again for having us!

Location Location Location

The property is well kept; very nicely furnished with top of the line kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable; linens were high quality; towels thick and plenty of them. There were 5 adults (family) staying the week and we had plenty of space. The screen porch was an added bonus! We also had my son's dogs with us and the large fenced yard was a blessing. We walked down to Stella's for breakfast or brunch every day and never got tired of the atmosphere and FOOD !! The town of Gulfport - AMAZING!! Quaint, yet upscale shopping - not your typical tourist junk - but nice quality clothing, art, and gifts. And the FOOD!! oh my. We stayed for 7 days and only cooked one meal. We enjoyed trying many of the owners fav restaurants and were not disappointed. The evening walk in Gulfport with lights, lush plants and flowers was such a treat! While the beach was small, it was quiet and there were lovely swings to sit and enjoy the boats anchored just offshore and watch the many birds. It was one of the most relaxing trips I've had in a very long time. Thank you Christine and Jim for your quick responses when we had a question and for allowing me to extend our stay when my flight got cancelled. Oh ! And many of the restaurants had live music every night - a fabulous treat! Beautiful home; perfect lovely town and a memorable family vacation!

Beautiful and spacious home. Very clean. All the amenities you could wish for. Hosts contacted us before check in to let us know it was ready. Perfect location. Beautiful house, great location

The house and yard was beautiful and very clean. It is located within walking distance to the beach, pier, and shopping district. We had no problems at all while staying here. We will definitely come back!
