We had a wonderful time staying at this Lake house.Communication was very good from beginning to end .The home was clean, and well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom.We enjoyed the lake toys with our family.The snack basket, and waters were a very nice touch.Thanks, Rita, we had a great time!

Amazing, stunning, beautiful home!!! The water views are incredible from every room in the house. Rita was very communicative and so helpful. We can only imagine how fun it would be to stay in summertime to kayak and canoe as the property looks incredibly equipt for summer fun. Perfect for our leaf peeping/thrift adventure trip, we went to many nearby antique stores and thrift stops. We shared many laughs cozy around the fireplace and lots of meals around the kitchen! Rita had waters, snacks, and even extra toiletries incase we forgot. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Lovely spacious lakehouse

Lots of bed options, fully equipped kitchen and lakeside toys. We loved the provided water and snacks. Host was very responsive to communication.

Wonderful lake house!Definitely recommend!Clean and spacious.Beautiful back deck for morning coffee and evening beers.The kids loved fishing from the dock and kayaks.Great location, minutes to Belfast, Searsport, Lincolnville, and Penobscot Narrows, and the grocery store just down the road has everything you need.

Mary Jane, Communicating with our guests, making sure we are accessible to them, and making sure our guests have everything they need is very important to us. This property is our home that we share, not a rental property so having a great relationship with our tenants is vital to us. To ensure that our guests have everything they need we: 1. Begin communication with an extensive VRBO profile outlining every detail of the home, what guests need to know about the home so they can plan properly. 2. Prior to check-in, a Welcome Notes guide complete with what is provided in the home, what you need to bring, as well as instruction of how to find the home, details for check-in is emailed to each guest. 3. Upon arrival, there is a thorough reference guide in the home, outlining how to use everything the home, (TVS, heat, AC, equipment), what to do at checkout, as well as a complete guide to what there is to do locally ( Restaurant guide, hiking and biking trails, local town events and much more) 4. On the day of check-in, we make a point of reaching out to our guests to ask if they have what they need and if we can be of assistance, making sure to provide our cell phones encouraging our guests to reach out with any questions if we can be of assistance. In your case, I have 30 texts spanning from 30 days prior to your check-in, to your check out responding to your inquiries about the home & your needs during your stay, yet we rated poorly on communication. How could it improve?
