This farm house is perfect for big or small families. You will have comfort and feel at home. Close to BYU, UVU, retail shopping, restaurants, churches & temples. 5 minute drive to the mouth of Provo Canyon where you can go fishing, rock climbing, hiking. Sundance Ski Resort 15 minutes away. Deer creek reservoir 22 minute drive. The open concept is a perfect setting for hosting as you can hang out in the kitchen, dining room & living room and still be connected. Basement has space for games as well.
5 stove tops with 2 ovens for comfort in cooking. Home gym has a treadmill, large TV connected to wifi, stationary bike, punching dummy, dumbbells, weight rack with a platform as well as multipurpose Rogue 48" blocks. 8 person hot tub available all year. Furry friends welcome
