Welcome to Island Time Retreat, your unique place in paradise! This newly remodeled property is located on north end of the island, close to Margaritaville and Time Square and the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk to Margaritaville or to the beach for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

Convenient supermarket open on island and free trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has a fantastic front yard with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and streaming. Spacious dining area comfortable dining table and a fully equipped kitchen await your arrival. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. There's a propane grill that makes preparing dinner easy while relaxing with your favorite beverage in the yard.

There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with Queen size beds, plenty of closet and dresser space, and two have an ensuite bathroom! Washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen. You'll also find parking space easy with area for 3 vehicles.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience.

The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and an open kitchen living area. The staff was quick to respond to any need and Donny the maintenance man was wonderful. We would stay there again

Yes and the house was as advertised except I would not describe the kitchen as well stocked. There is limited silverware and no hand mixer. Serving dishes are very limited. We would stay again but bring some personal items from home.

Beach Week

The house was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great walk to the beach. The water temperature was perfect, except it was murky. Enjoyed the week, the house and the beach and will be back again.

Great Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this property for the week. It was so spacious and everyone had their own privacy with plenty of bedrooms. The bathrooms with 3 showers was also a plus. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for parking. We will be back to enjoy the sun and sand!

Perfect Beach Bunglow

We rented this place for a quick getaway to the beach. Is was perfect! Spacious property, 3 bathrooms a bonus for our family, and only a short walk to the beach. We were able to spend time hanging on the front yard for pre-dinner drinks, then easily walked to Margaritaville for food and entertainment. Very clean and management was easy to work with. Would recommend for a reasonably priced beach week. Plan to come back and stay again next year!

Great place with lots of room

Home was so roomy and comfy. Four bedrooms,with own air conditioning ,for everyone to have their own space. Huge spacious living room with kitchen that allowed everyone to be together for meals and entertainment. Couch was amazing and allowed everyone to sit and enjoy a movie at night after a day at the beach. Well stocked with what is needed for a great stay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants in Ft. Meyers. Great communication with rental company. Thank you!

Fantastic Home / Fantastic Location / Fantastic Time!

I highly recommend the Island Time Retreat! The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is open and spacious, giving lots of room to make a snack or a meal. The large kitchen table makes it easy for you and your guests to gather together to start or end their days catching up about the fun they're having. The bedrooms are large, and the beds super comfortable. The bathrooms are large and up to date. The Master Bathroom is very large, with an oversized shower. The home is just minutes from the beach on one end and a bay side view on the other end. It's also centrally located in Ft. Myers, making it easy to quickly get to the grocery store or, better yet, go to one of the many nearby bars and restaurants. I highly recommend a stay at Island Time Retreat.
