Come stay in this newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. 777 Amelia by the Sea offers comfortable and clean accommodations with sweeping views of the pool, private pier, and ocean. With easy access to the front door directly at the elevator, it is a breeze to haul groceries and beach gear up and down.

The primary bedroom features a king bed along with an en suite bathroom. The first guestroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed and additional twin bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hall between the two guestrooms.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, as you overlook the open layout and ocean views from the private balcony. 777 Amelia by the Sea is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The 780 ft fishing pier with seating benches is private for owners and guests and provides rinse stations and pole holders for every fisherman's needs. A newly renovated oceanfront pool, community grills, and two tennis courts with one marked for Pickleball are additional amenities to help make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful oceanfront property with private fishing pier. The complex is gated which provides and extra level of security, while each property boasts the most amazing ocean views.
