Summary:
This apartment is situated in a contemporary building equipped with all the essential amenities: a rooftop pool, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, concierge service, and free parking. Only 10 minutes to Miami Beach, 2 minutes to Wynwood, and 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown.

The Space:
Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:

• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King-size bed in the first bedroom;
• Two full-size beds in the second bedroom;
• Sofa and TV in the living room;
• Ironing equipment;
• 1 assigned parking spot.
• There is a $50 per guest registration fee that has to be paid at the front desk (only for adults).

Guest Access:
As our guest, you get full access to the following amenities:

The Neighborhood:
The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami. Its location places you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami as well as within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach.

Getting Around:
Parking is included in the price of the stay. Vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft

Other Things to Note:
Important: We inform you that currently the building is undergoing a restoration project. Please note that during this period you may experience occasional inconveniences, including restricted access to specific areas and elevated noise levels during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our community.

There is a $50 per guest registration fee that must be paid at the front desk (only for adults).

Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which may include some basic products for personal care and cooking

All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee.
