Nightmare Holiday Weekend

If there was a way to score 1/2 star I am not sure this property would even be worth that. We booked our stay and received the confirmation from VRBO. But when we showed up our cabin was locked and we could not get in. I called the host and she instructed us to go to the cabin across the street. We did, it was unlocked. We unloaded our things and then received a knock on the door, met a lovely couple who said they were there to check in. I called the host again. She said she didn’t know what to do because she was in Florida and did not have her books with her. We were 6 hours from home ourselves but packed up all our things, again and called it done, we went home. Never stayed on the property and would NEVER recommend any of her properties to another family. Still have note received any refund either!!
