Welcome to our cozy Price Street cottage in the sweetest town in East, TN.
This 1950's home is located .3 miles from downtown Sweetwater. A short walk brings you to downtown where you can explore unique antique shops, restaurants and shopping. We are only a few minutes from 175 making it easy to get to Chattanooga or Knoxville.
Our main bedroom has a tall queen sized bed and a full dresser. There is a fan located in this bedroom closet. The night stand next to the bed is equipped with phone charging outlets.
The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed and a night stand with charging capabilities. There are camp chairs in the closet to enjoy on the back deck.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer and basic soaps.
The laundry room is available for your use as well.
Our kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities.

I loved this older home so much when I first saw it. It's a perfect distance from town, a nice walk will get you there, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
What makes this property unique
It has a cozy at "home" feeling. Guests love the original floors and rabbits running through the big back yard.
