Brand New Home and very clean. Excellent communication with management. Could use some more utensils and supplies in the kitchen, but very pleased overall with the property and responsiveness from management.

BMX racing trip

We went to west palm beach for a BMX race. The house is very clean and nice. Needs a few more things such as towel, blankets, pots, utensils, fans (because you can’t change the thermostat) but the neighbor is awful!! People were walking all over the place and a drug deal happened in front of the house. Loud music all night. Great property, wrong location!!!

Hi Victoria, Glad you think the house is clean and nice, it is brand-new construction :) I'm sorry to hear these things post stay, as we would have rectified them right away for you! The thermostat is completely changeable for guests, and I'm sorry we didn't know that you were having problems. We also have noise ordinances and could have called bylaw if we knew that someone was having a party in the neighborhood so we are very sorry about that Victoria. Nonetheless we are happy you decided to book again with us despite these occurrences during your first stay.
