My family was so comfortable in this little home. So nice to be able to chill and hang out in the evenings, and not be in top of each other like in a hotel. The communication was excellent. Check in was easy. When I needed a few extra minutes before check out, did to a plane cancellation, they accommodated our need for an extra half hour and quickly communicated. That was very helpful in reducing the stress level in returning home. Beds were very comfortable. Linens clean and fresh. All of the house was very clean. Coffee was left for us to make on our own with the coffee maker. A few laundry pods were left for us to do our own load. These little details make a big difference. I did share with the company that the ice maker was jammed up. They got back to us quickly and shared the steps of how the machine could be reset. We ended up just buying a bag of ice, which was no big deal. I also mentioned to the company that the hot water in the shower was not quite warm enough for my family. It was just Luke warm. That was just with one person showering, so we hadn’t run out of hot water in anything. The company recommended that I run the shower for five minutes before getting in. I did that, and the water was still just luke warm. The company apologized that the shower wasn’t as warm as we would have liked. In spite of the shower water not running hot enough, I would stay here again. I would recommend this place to friends.
