Set on a gated hillside peninsula on 15 acres, with 2,000 feet of PRIVATE unobstructed lake bank, with a pool and a hot tub, this place is truly one of a kind! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Four bedrooms with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with queens, a kid's room with four bunkbeds, TV, and gaming area. Soaking tub with unlimited hot water. Across the street is a free public boat ramp. Twenty minutes from downtown Shreveport/Bossier City. Kayaks and paddles.

With a 2,500 square foot home, a large outdoor deck and pergola, gas grill, pool & hot tub, 15 acres fenced and gated, and on Caddo Lake, there's plenty of room for two or three families to get together!

Absolutely perfect! We were looking for peace away from chaos and this was it! Beautiful view of the lake and we all enjoyed the pool with the hot weather. House was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

The house was a great place with beds that sleep 10. The views of the lake from the back porch are more impressive than the pictures. I’d recommend staying here and plan to use the property again when I travel back to Caddo Lake.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time with family and there was plenty of space to spread out. When the fishing was slow the pool and hot tub were great to take advantage of. The views and the property were beautiful and very well taken care of. Communication with the host was excellent and the included amenities really set this place apart.

Spring break

Our famìly stayed for the week over spring break. We left the snow in Iowa and enjoyed 70 and 80 degrees while we were here. The hot tub, lake and surrounding area was beautiful and relaxing. Our host and Mr Blue were great! We made some great memories! Thank you, GW!

Beautiful View from Lakefront Peninsula!!

Beautiful property with lots of land, wonderful views of the lake, updated interior of the house, and some fun activities for the kids. Enjoyed the pool and the kayaks out on the lake. You literally can't beat the views of Caddo Lake from this house!!

HIDDEN GEM

This was the most beautiful property!! We fished, we danced and played lots of games. It was not a far drive from town where we enjoyed the casinos. This place was FULLY stocked! Unlike any other place I stayed at, it had anything and everything you could imagine. We truly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to come back!

Nothing But Good Reviews for this property. We were a family of 10 ages 4 - 81 stayed. When I tell you We will be back ..we will be back. It was a pleasure interacting with Mr. Renard the property manager. Who promptly came through with no hesitation for any concerns. Although We had none just questions. Everything was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and surrounded on three sides by the lake. The house is beautiful too. Plenty of room to spread out or all hang out together. We had an unforgettable family getaway and would definitely return.
