This wonderful lakefront home is the perfect escape into the serenity & beauty of Caddo Lake. It is conveniently located on Pine Island Pond, a quiet inlet off the main river and home to some of the best fishing and kayaking on the lake, 2 miles from Big Pines Lodge, Caddo Lake State Park, and Uncertain. It is a short 20 minute drive from both Marshall and historic Jefferson, TX to enjoy antiquing, historical homes, and abundant restaurants. Our wonderful property offers an incredible screened in porch with amazing views, and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. With 1 king bed (with soaking tub!), 2 queen beds, and 1 set of bunk beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. For your convenience, we can offer the use of our freight elevator for luggage as well as those in need of mobility assistance, pending a signed release form. This house also features a private boat ramp and dock for your boat, as well as a lakefront fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows after a long day enjoying the lake. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything you could possibly need, as well as a charcoal grill downstairs. Please make sure any furniture inside or outside that has been moved is put back in their original places.

Gather and bag trash from inside and put in downstairs bin between garage doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS WHATSOEVER. We have allergic family members. There are cameras on the property - you will be immediately asked to leave immediately.
We require a signed release form for optional use of the elevator. The form is contingency of booking, whether or not you plan to use the elevator.
No parties, ceremonies, or loud gatherings. Please respect our family home and our neighbors. Do not park on the grass.

Hi! I'm Katelyn, wife to my husband Ryan of 12 years, mom to 9 year old twins and a rambunctious doberman. While we are natives of Tennessee, this property has been in my family since before I was born - My mom was born here and I grew up among the cypress trees in the summer. Some of my fondest memories are playing in this very yard and swimming in the swamp with my cousins as a child. I'm pleased to offer it to you all to enjoy as much as we have. My heart's desire is that you'll love it as much as we do, but also respect what it means to us as a family.

What makes this property unique

Caddo is full of beautiful properties on the lake. Ours however, was and is a family property first, and rental second. For that reason, it is live-in ready, being fully stocked and offering every amenity you could ask for to make your stay seamless and comfortable, as if it were your own. Further, we are one of the few properties on the lake that offer an elevator for luggage and mobility assistance, a private boat ramp and dock, and located in one of the quietest and most serene parts of the lake. And did you see the porch??
