The house has 3 bathrooms, one full kitchen, and a dining room with a table that seats 10 people. We are located just a few minutes down the road from Starved Rock and one block from downtown Utica. House shares a large quiet courtyard space with firepit areas.

The 2,000 SF house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The bottom floor includes a living room area, dining area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The downstairs also includes a sitting room with a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping space.
