BRAND NEW (HEATED) POOL AND HOT TUB AT SAN DE LUNA!

Set between the calm waters of the Santa Rosa Sound and the white sands of the Gulf, San De Luna #3 is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome made for easy beach days and relaxed evenings with family.

The main living level offers an open space where everyone can gather after a day in the sun. The kitchen features granite countertops and bar seating, perfect for quick breakfasts before heading out or casual dinners together. The living room includes a large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. A half bath and a full washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and peaceful views overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, its own private bathroom, and views toward the Gulf, giving everyone their own comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

Guests at San De Luna enjoy access to the community (heated) pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. When you are ready to explore, dining, shopping, and nightlife are only minutes away, while the beach and sound provide endless opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding, and sunset walks.
