Apartment with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk + mattress, kitchen complete with all utensils (cutlery, dishes, microwave, pots, stove, refrigerator etc ...) air conditioning in the room and private bathroom. Furnished and equipped. New structure, made this year. Next to the Park Beto Carrero and near the main beaches in the area (Armacao Beach, Red Beach, Prainha de São Miguel, Gravesend Beach). The town is next to several well researched cities like Balneario Camburiu, Brusque, Itajai, Blumenau, etc ...
Ideal for couples with or without children. Quiet location, safe and well located. Ample parking.
Our little kitchenette is a cozy corner, ideal for those looking to save on the trip, because our prices are very attractive, but at the same time staying well accommodated in a new and well located structure as we near the Park Beto Carrero, the main beaches region and around markets, pharmacy, bakery, etc ...

Ótima localização, boa recepção

Estive 3 noites no imóvel da Karla e Denir para ir até o Beto Carrero, quando cheguei me surpreendi com a distância até o parque que dava para ir até a pé se eu não estivesse com criança. Para se ter uma ideia da proximidade, da sacada dá para ver a Big Tower e alguns dinossauros do passeio de trem. Fomos muito bem recebidos por eles e pela mãe da Karla, que nos deixou super a vontade e sempre solícitos. O apartamento é totalmente mobiliado e nos atendeu super bem, quando chegamos estava tudo limpo e organizado. Certeza que na próxima que vez formos ficaremos hospedados no apto deles. Karla e Denir obrigada pela atenção!!!

Excelente experiência!

Nos hospedamos em cinco pessoas entre 9 e 19 (média temporada) e a hospedagem é ótima, tudo funciona perfeitamente, tem todos os utensílios, uma troca de roupa de cama, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, ar condicionado no quarto, eletrodomésticos, ou seja, basta encher a geladeira e aproveitar. A região é bem abastecida de restaurantes, pizzarias, lanches e mercados com preços que não fogem da normalidade (além disso os donos nos disponibilizaram alguns números, o que facilitou muito). Fomos ao Beto Carrero e podemos afirmar que vale a pena, o parque é incrível. As praias são limpas e tranquilas, o lugar é extremamente família e perfeito pra descansar. Resumindo, recomendamos a pousada e a cidade, e em breve retornaremos.

Estivemos pouco antes do feriado do dia 12/10/17 em Penha para conhecer o parque do Beto Carreiro, e ficamos na kitnet da Karla e do Denir, fiquei impressionada com a organização e recepção dos proprietários, a kitnet é uma graça, acomodou perfeitamente minha família e nos surpreendeu em todos aspectos, local limpo e agradável, com eletrodomésticos e ar funcionando perfeitamente, banheiro amplo e novo, com ctz recomendo, 5 minutos de carro do parque, satisfação total, com ctz voltaremos em breve!
