LOCATION
This apartment is located on Rua 1101, the second block from the ocean, about a four-minute walk to the beach, close to all the shops on Av. Brasil and Shopping Atlântico. Although the location is very close to the beach and the city’s busiest streets, the apartment is on a street that’s peaceful during the day and quiet at night.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The apartment has one bedroom. This comfortable space is well-lit. The bedroom has a super-comfortable queen-size bed, and the living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed.
We provide basic bedding (fitted sheet, top sheet, and pillows with pillowcases) and one bath towel per guest.
In the living room, there’s a 3-seater sofa and a 50-inch LG Smart TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals, and a laundry area with an LG washer-dryer and a clothesline.

You can come back from the beach and put your towels and swimwear in the washing machine and dryer, and a few hours later everything will be clean and dry.

Everything in the apartment is new, from the appliances to the furniture and kitchen utensils. Everything is of high quality.

The apartment has two split-system air conditioners (in the bedroom and living room), both of which are quiet.
