This two story townhome boasts two second floor bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy! The primary bedroom has a walk out to the second floor patio to enjoy the Colorado air!



The Space:

**We were just notified by the HOA that they will be performing construction on our block beginning September 15th, 2025 that will last 3-4 weeks.**

You're going to love this neighborhood! Just a 13 minute walk to New Belgium brewery and about 1 mile to Old Town Fort Collins. CSU is less than 2 miles away and about a 7 minute drive.



This newly furnished townhome has everything you'll need. The main level offers a living and dining space, fully stocked kitchen and a half bath.

Second floor:

2 Bedrooms: Both with new king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk out second floor patio. There is another set of stairs outside to gain access to the patio.
