This classic cottage just steps from Higgins Lake will make you feel like you are on summer break like days of old. 3 bedroom 1 bath with an extra full bathroom build onto the garage. Laundry machines too! The cottage has been loved for generations! The dock can be used for getting on and off your boat or hang out and swim in the crystal clear water. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation is here. The kitchen is fully stocked. Linens and towels are provided. Walk to Silver Dollar Pub and Grill just down the street, GO FAST rentals is also very close by if you want to rent a boat. Nearby beaches: (small beach a block north, State Park on North side of Lake, Phoenix Park half mile south.) Enjoy the fire pit at night or relax in the cozy living room with cable TV. 2 kayaks for your use! There is a Gas grill with lots of outdoor seating.
