At True North Cabin Rentals we have 5 cabin’s together with nice lake views from the 1 acre resort property. Cabin #2 is two bedroom, one bath cabin for rent at beautiful Higgins Lake that sleep 6. Included you will find a 2 full beds, pull out couch, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, tv/dvds, glassware, silverware, pots and pans linens, towels and everything else you will need for your fun filled summer vacation, along with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and horse shoes. A nice shallow small sandy beach and Public dock just steps from the cabin. Grocery Store and the Silver Dollar Bar just one block up the street. Cabin is located at 2312 Treasure Blvd. Higgins Lake MI. Pontoons, Fishing & Ski Boats, Jet Skis, Paddleboards, Kayaks, ATVs, Scooters, and UTVs available for rent at a discounted price for all renters through GO FAST Rentals that are also one block away.
PETS OK! ($45 per pet) Campfire wood available for purchase on property.

Love staying here with extended family. Lots of sleeping space and we love the large deck and large table for family fun. Already booked next year. Only down side was shore of lake had brown algae ( not owners fault) but was clear at end of dock and foul smell in back yard coming from septic ( maybe needs cleaned out). But love our family week at this cottage.

The cottage was clean and decorated adorable, but the beds were terrible , one too soft n one too hard ( so we left 1 day early) n the hot water was not good when taking a shower, ( not enough hot water for a 3 min shower) n the seating in the living room was very sparse for 5 people Loved the pretty flowers in front on the cottage

Property was well maintained and beautiful. However we did not stay there our full stay (due in part that our training conference had activities going on onsite that it was easier to be part of it we stayed there the second night) because one of the beds was so hard that it was hard to sleep. The shower was also extremely small where it was hard to move. Outside of these two things, it was well maintained and very cute and it was easy to just walk over to a restaurant near by.

This little cabin exceeded our expectations. It was very clean with all of the essentials. It has a full size coffee pot, the freezer has ice trays, and there is a microwave, oven, and toaster. The bathroom is very small with a stand up shower but that wasn’t a deal breaker. We were able to bring our dogs which was a plus and it is a great neighborhood to take a walk in. The cabin is not on the water but within walking distance down to it (see picture for reference). Unlike other places we have stayed and you had to go through VRBO to contact the owner, he has provided his email and phone number on the wall inside the cabin. The porch is also nice for sitting out on to have your coffee in the morning. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
