Very nice spacious place for family reunion, beach trip. Elevator had some issues and pool was needing updated but everything was clean. Would reccommend for large family to enjoy.

Overall it was a nice place. The washing machine was broken, which was a big inconvenience. They did come and take a look at it, but said it needed a new pump. The pool area was not well kept and the pool was rather dirty with leaves and pine needles when we arrived.

Family memories

Overall we had a very good experience at this house. The walking distance from the house is short. The listing is misleading. It says on the listing “entire house” but it really is only half of the house. But it was more than enough room, very spacious. The neighbors were very nice. Both units had their own pool. The pool area needs a little TLC. The chairs around the pool were the hard plastic Adirondack chairs, but they have been out in the sun for an extended time. They broke very easily. The pine needles are taking over and there is not a blower to use. The pool person came one day and ran water in the pool and cleaned it out. But did not blow around the pool. When I asked if he had a blower he said it was out of gas but he would come back the next day and blow around the pool. He never showed back up.
