Great week at the beach

With a short walk to the beach, we were at the ocean. The house was great with all the amenities needed. Surfside Realty was great to work with and answered any questions we had and quick to respond to issues.

Needs some work

Pros; great location, spacious, lots of parking, great pool, well stocked kitchen Cons: the house physically sways, ac struggles to keep house cooler than 75, dryer is old and doesn’t work well and general maintenance needed (lots of light bulbs out, loose knobs, sticky doors)
