The Condo was very clean, and met our needs. We enjoyed the location, away for the busyness of the boardwalk, but close enough to enjoy the busyness of the boardwalk.

We will stay here again!

Great place - excellent location. The gift from the owner was a nice touch. They have everything you’ll need for the beach except for beach towels. We brought our own. The condo is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Beach condo

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the bedrooms are roomy. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen but is fully stocked with anything you may need for pots, pans, dishes, etc. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards for use in the front closet. While we were there they had a festival on the beach so we did not have direct access to the beach until later in the week. This wasn’t a big deal, we just walked down a block and shared the beach with the surfers. Plus it was like having balcony seats to a concert! The location is towards the end of Virginia Beach so it’s a little bit of a walk or trolley ride to some of the events on the boardwalk. We would definitely go back again!

Pool disappoints

The layout of the condo was good. The views were awesome. The pool was terrible. I passed along my feedback to condo staff and was told that “ they are re-doing the pool”. They need to. But while we wait for an overhaul I don’t see why they can’t clean it! The water appeared as the color of urine. The water was murky. Why the inside isn’t painted blue is odd. The tile around the inside was scum and dirty. My daughter scraped off muck with her fingernail. Indoor pools should be maintained year round. It was spring break!! I selected this condo because of the pool & views. Only one was satisfying.
