This property was excellent in all aspects. The unit, the communication with the host, the accuracy of the information could not have been any better. I would highly recommend this property for any getaway plans. The “good” ratings were only because my iPhone was having a problem. Excellent rating in all aspects.

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of space to move around. The location to the beach is great, especially with small children. The community pool was clean and perfect for small children. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal Place

I can’t recommend Sandbridge Dunes enough! We absolutely loved the quiet beach, how close we were, and how spacious our unit was. We had 5 kids with us and a grandma. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Will definitely be staying again!!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Island Sunrise was the perfect location for our family getaway. The space is spacious, open, clean, and comfortable. The beds are unbelievably comfortable! The Sandbridge Dunes complex is located steps from the beach, market, and shops. Access is super easy and the amenities include everything you need for a wonderful time away.

The place itself was gorgeous but getting ahold of someone to talk to at the Vacasa was terrible....

The place itself was gorgeous but getting ahold of someone to talk to at the Vacasa was terrible. I often waited on hold over an hour got frustrated and used text option which was no better in regard to answeing my questions. We have stayed at Sandbridge Dunes since 2015 and I knew a card was needed to get into the gym but when I asked how and where we get the card since it was our first time using vacasa I was told they couldn't tell me until day of for safety purposes. So day of our trip we get no card for the gym. I call wait on hold for over an hour text msg and the text responds you don't need a card to get in. I respond yes you do I'm at the gym door can't get I'm with they keys they said would work and the reply is its owned by home owners association. So we never got to use the gym. This is one of many examples of how communication with rental agency was not good. Again I'd rate the actual unit as a 5 star but dealing with vacasa that rents it I'd rate as a 1.

The gym pass needs be picked up at office which is located 5 mins away from the condo. We are sorry to hear you had difficulties reaching our team.
