Our eco-friendly swimming pool is solar-heated, harnessing the power of the sun to naturally warm the water. This sustainable heating method ensures a comfortable swim while reducing energy consumption, offering both luxury and environmental responsibility.

Importantly, the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children. There is no lifeguard on duty. Accepting this booking is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

We have two (2) security cameras on the exterior of the property facing the street and a ring doorbell which records anyone entering the home, for everyone's safety. There is a camera in the backyard that came with the house. It is offline and disconnected. Nothing is being recorded in the backyard.
