A short 6min stroll takes you to the stunning Gulf of Mexico shores, while the serene Little Lagoon invites you to explore perfect spot for kayaking, or canoeing 🛶


The condo is clean, fresh and comfy. TV in both living room and bedroom w/ streaming available. So, log into your apps and enjoy your
favorites.

This retreat also offers access to community amenities, including a boat launch, fishing pier, outdoor pool, and shared BBQ area. Just cross the street, and you are walking the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy shelling or relaxing while reading your favorite book. You won't believe the sunsets!

Although the space is safe and comfortable for children, it is NOT child proof.

Access to the condo is via a single flight of outdoor stairs.
