Full of sunlight and updated furnishings, inside Coastal Hideaway you'll find a large living room, full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Washer/dryer access, central air-conditioning, and internet round out the stellar interior amenities.

A true focal point of the home is the fabulous shared outdoor space! Spend hours under the sun barbecuing on the gas grill and sunbathing on the loungers. The dogs of your family will appreciate the grassy space surrounding the home.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool is not for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
