⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp (cleaning crews arrive promptly)

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee with prior approval.

🚫 General Rules

No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.

No smoking or vaping inside the home or lanai.

Registered guests only — no unapproved overnight visitors.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (per county ordinance).

Please respect neighbors and the surrounding community.

🧹 Cleanliness & Care

Start a load of towels and run the dishwasher before checkout.

Place all trash in the outdoor bins and roll them to the curb on Thursday (trash day).

Do not move furniture or décor between rooms.

No glitter, confetti, or candles inside the home.

Notify Paradise Breeze promptly if anything breaks or requires attention.

Pets are permitted at this property.


🔒 Safety & Security

Exterior security cameras are located above the lanai and in the front and back yards for safety monitoring only.

Do not unplug or tamper with any security or Wi-Fi devices.

Smoke and CO detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit are provided for your safety.

🚗 Parking

Parking for up to two vehicles in the private driveway.
RV pad available for parking oversized vehicles and boats.

Do not park on the grass or block neighboring driveways.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon are provided.

Please rinse off sand before entering the home or showering indoors.
