Fully remodeled with high speed WiFi, 9 Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms and living rooms. Three full size washer & dryer sets. Inside, you'll find the fully remodeled living rooms with fireplaces and 55" Samsung Smart TVs, two sofas (long enough to sleep on, but they do not fold out into beds), and club chairs.
The oversized eat-in kitchens are well equipped with cookware, updated appliances and dining tables with seating for 4 plus 2 spare chairs in the garage.
Fenced yards and deck feature Adirondack chairs, picnic table, fire pits, and charcoal BBQ grills. You have the WHOLE TRIPLEX to yourself with 3 one car garages, 2 fenced yards and a large balcony deck.
The large master bedrooms have king beds and ensuite half baths. The second bedrooms also feature a king bed. The living spaces share no common walls. We LOVE dogs and they stay free (sorry, no cats due to allergies).

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought these homes in Flagstaff because we love the charm and location in the center of things. We are right down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the homes, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
