This newly remodeled, six-bedroom, three-bathroom with TWO separate kitchens and living rooms and blends modern luxury with a cowboy spirit. This home uniquely provides everyone the room and flexibility to stay together without being crammed together! Five rooms have king beds, the last has twin bunk bed. Large Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and smart home features. Unwind in the outdoor living spaces with a BBQ and fire pit. Located 5 mins from NAU, downtown, and near top attractions like Snowbowl Ski Resort, Grand Canyon, Sedona, and more.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11:00 AM Place trash bags in the bins located near garage. Return outdoor and indoor furniture to their original positions. Clean dirty dishes, load and run the dishwasher.
Strip the beds, leave the sheets on the beds. Collect the used towels and place in the bathroom. Turn off the lights, close windows, and lock all the doors, including sliding.
When you get a chance over the next few days, we would greatly appreciate a review ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. We are still new at this and it helps us a lot. We will do the same for you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful pines and comfy furnishings.

The location was beautiful in the pines and accommodations were top notch. Lots of comfy pillows and blankets for cuddling. Close to activities and stores.

Beautiful comfortable home!

We loved the house and want to return. Very clean and better equipped than most. Beautiful quiet neighborhood in the trees and close to NAU.

Amazing house!

This place has it all! I stayed with a couple of friends and brought my teen boys. The boys had their own space downstairs while giving the adults privacy and quiet upstairs. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything is comfortable and functional. The area is quiet and convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent, well-appointed house in a perfect location. Close to many attractions: 5 to 15 minutes to anywhere in town, 30 minutes to numerous local attractions (e.g. Lowell Observatory, Lava tube cave, Snowbowl gondola, Bearizona). An hour and a half from the Grand canyon. Great communication from the host. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Luxury In The Pines

Everything was as promised and more. We loved the Arizona cowboy vibes and beautiful furniture and decorations. We had 9 adults on a golf and local sites trip. All of us loved it with king beds for everyone. We would return in a minute and do it all over again. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.
