I am born and raised in a small town about 30 minutes from Hamilton, MO. We currently live in another small town outside of Hamilton approximately 20 min away. Small town living is our jam!
I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family.

Why they chose this property

This home belonged to my husband's eccentric grandmother, Grandma Jo. A woman of daily naps, loved feline friends, and wasn't afraid to speak her mind! When family was unable to care for this home after her she went on to be with The Lord, we couldn't let it leave the family, though we didn't want to leave our current home. So with a little TLC, Jo's Patch has become a place were we welcome many. Outpouring our love for others in every detail. Hopefully we represent the kind of generosity JoAnn provided to others.

This home provides you all the luxuries of home with quilting retreat spaces! Jo's Patch was born through my desire to make a handicap accessible home for all individuals to enjoy the beautiful shops of downtown Hamilton, Mo.
This home also offers 3 sewing spaces with height adjustable tables, chairs, gallery lighting, quilt design walls, and 4 outlets at each table. This home is for the quilters, while offering everything a family would enjoy while visiting local sites or family.
