Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, the Wings of Mexico Statue, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. There are also many buses nearby and the "Business Bay" metro station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The 2 bedrooms contain one king-size and two double beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The Paramount Midtown is located in Business Bay, 1.9 km to Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain.
A quick drive or walk to Dubai Mall where you can enjoy and explore the Downtown Area of Dubai with a variety of available and interactive things to do in the mall and around the Downtown area by the street side.
Various restaurants on the 14th floor of the building - Paparazzi Tuscan, an Italian restaurant with paparazzi vibe. Experience that sun-kissed, West-coast way of life at Malibu Sky Lounge & Bar. Perched on the 64th floor of the hotel, Malibu Sky Lounge & Bar boasts some of the best panoramic views overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, The Palm and the Dubai coastline and many more.
The nearest shops to visit will be Dubai Mall, a variety of stores from shopping, to grocery stores to pharmacies and clinics.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Station: Business Bay Metro Station.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
