We stayed for the state fair. It was nice to come back to a place that had a little more than 4 walls and a tv. Aside from the ac fan being a little loud we were happy!

House was very clean and recently remodeled with nice furnishings and lovely decor. The process of booking, paying, & check-in was easy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat & humidity of late summer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Quick stay in Columbus

We had a quick overnight stay for a birthday party in Columbus. The house itself is perfect with a lot of space, decorated perfectly. Beds were incredibly comfortable and it was close to things we wanted to do in New Albany. The only downside was that it’s not in the most ideal location. However, for the brief stay it was great for us, and getting in touch with the property manager was really easy, as well as checking in and out.

Red, White and Boom!

I currently work outside of Columbus and a few friends and I wanted to meet up in the city to view the fireworks. Not only was the house perfect for a simple one night stay, but the property manager was incredible as well. She showed the upmost when it comes to hospitality and staying in communication with me. For anyone looking for a place to stay within Columbus, I would 100% recommend this property!

Unfortunately this guest chose to try to engage in a party after several messages and listing stating NO PARTIES to be held on property and her agreeing to terms of booking. This guest also disconnected my security system in hopes of not being seen hosting a party which caused her booking to be cancelled and her immediate request to leave premises.
