10 minutes from universal studio . 15 minutes from hollywood sign . 15 minutes from beverly hills . 30 minutes from santa monica
The space
private guest house , seprate entrance from side of the house , one bedroom and common small room with futon bed . full size bathroom with shower and tub . small kitchen and full size refrigrator , tv with cable and wifi . you can watch lot of latest movies on line . queen size bed . blankets . place is about 500 square feet . it have window a/c and table fan . towels and blanketsand paper towels .

guest can enter from left side of house from small side door . go around and will see door in the back to enter.
