It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Dubai Gate 2 is located at cluster A of Jumeirah Lakes Towers. It has a very unique cut of apartments compared to other buildings. It's a 10-minute walk from the building to the nearest metro station and 3 minutes walk to the bus station that can take you around the Jumeirah Lakes community. From the tower to Dubai Airport, it will take 25-30 minutes, to Dubai Mall 20 Minutes and to Dubai Marina Mall 15 minutes.

Around the area, you can enjoy various activities. The buildings are surrounded by a Man-made lake where you have a running track, bike and scooter track.

There are a variety of restaurants of different cuisines around the lake area of the community, which is accessible from the B1 parking of the building.

On the ground floor is Geant Supermarket and a laundry shop beside the cluster.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 10-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 33 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 12 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 26 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 26 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 19 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
