4 bedroom 2.5 bath house with fenced backyard, quiet neighborhood, it comes with blender, drip coffee maker, glasses, silverware, plates, Clothes washer and dryer for long stays, smoking is allowed outside .
The cost to charge an electric vehicle for stays of 7 days or less is $15 additional per booked day and $10 additional per day when booking 8 or more days, an additional fee will be added to your stay.

Smoking/vaping is outdoors only ($250 indoor fee). No hair tinting/dyeing allowed inside the property to prevent permanent staining.
