Welcome to Casa Bahada, our recently remodeled modern home.
From the gorgeous heated pool and hot tub, to the indoor and outdoor dining for 8 people, to the garden fire pit with seating for s'mores or late night star gazing, and spectacular mountain views in every direction, you might never want to leave our relaxing modern oasis! If you do, we’re only 10 minutes away from the city center, and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

THE SPACE
This sprawling California-style home features a new modern kitchen and sleek baths, a fabulous open concept layout and expansive walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Inside you'll find three large inspiring bedrooms, a dining area for 8 guests, a wood-burning fireplace and flat screen LED television.

There are 2 ways to reach the expansive backyard - including 2 separate 8' sliders, revealing a resort-like poolside paradise.

Outside you'll find breathtaking mountain views in every direction, a gorgeous private heated pool, a large open gas fire pit to sit around, brand new barbecue, a beautiful covered patio space with dining for 8, and a huge lawn perfect for playing boules, badminton, giant jenga, spike ball, and corn hole (all of which are provided, along with an assortment of pool toys).

The deluxe private master suite offers direct pool access, a king-sized bed, an extra large walk-in closet and a private sleek en-suite bath with dual vanities. The two guest rooms share their own new, beautiful bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also have a dedicated work space for those needing to work from home or have children who need to homeschool.

We have plenty of games for your use such as chess, checkers, poker, monopoly, scrabble, rummikub, dominoes and playing cards .

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking ware, serving ware, and utensils, perfect for any aspiring chefs.

For you coffee lovers there is a nespresso machine, a french press, and drip coffee (pods and coffee grounds provided).

For you juice and smoothie lovers, there is a bullet blender.

We provide sealed organic hair and body products for each of our guest bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE THERE ARE VERY STRICT LAWS AROUND NOISE IN PALM SPRINGS

We can also arrange a host of wellness add-ons for those so inclined; from an Ereada infra red amethyst pemf mat, to a vibration plate to a state of the art red light panel by blockbluelight and a Higher Dose sauna blanket. We can also provide yoga, meditation, breath work classes and ice baths, should you be interested.

Hot tub heating is included in your stay, however pool heating, if required is $75 per night, which is what is costs us to heat the pool.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK

• In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.

• NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.

• Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit.

• I'm afraid we can only accommodate one pet at this time.

• Pool and hot tub: Hot tub heating is included in the price of your stay. Pool heating is generally not required for May through November in Palm Springs. If you do require the pool to be heated, there will be an additional fee of $75 per day.

• Per the city regulations, only 6 adults are allowed to stay in the house. In addition you can have up to 2 children up to age 12 stay. We have two fold out mattresses that can be provided for children if requested.
