Waikiki fully furnished one bedroom condo located on the 18th floor of the popular 'Waikiki Banyan Hotel'. The condo has a full kitchen and a lanai with partial ocean and Diamond Head views. There is Free Wi-Fi, flatscreen cable tv, ac, local call phone, and garage parking. The hotel has a large amenity area with pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, and convenience store and laundry facility.

Pool under renovation along with recreation deck. Will be great when complete. Parking always a plus. Host was great. Needed to adjust my dates and contacted him direct. New dates were avaliable and change made easily. I have family in Hawaii and we always stay in the Banyon and have for over 15 years.

The location, approx 1.5 blocks from the beach, was great and easy free parking was awesome. The space was comfortable and we used the kitchen to make breakfast each morning. I would definitely stay here again. One note, which is just a matter of taste, we found the beds to be really firm. Provided photos of the view from the unit.

relaxing and convenient

Easy to get to places. Great to walk to the beach so quickly. Easy to park. Room was nice with view of Diamond Head. Some noise, but that's expected in the city.

When we arrived at our unit, the door from the hallway was filthy with dust approximately 1/4 inch thick. I sat on the furniture which had a horrible smell and at stayed on your clothing like cigarette smoke would. When I got up, I had insect bites on my buttocks. I don't know what kind on insects that they were because you couldn't see them. There were cockroaches coming from the furniture and the kitchen. The bathroom towel racks were broken and the hot water to the sink would not turn off. The place was very outdated.....kitchen table and coffee table had deep scratches and was sticky. The walls and baseboards needed painting. When we requested that our concerns be addressed and fixed, all that was done was they sent someone to clean the floors and wipe off the kitchen and coffee tables. Nothing else was addressed. They didn't attempt to get rid of the horrible odor or kill the biting insects and cockroaches. They didn't fix the bathroom towel racks or the hot water. We have visited Oahu many, many times over the past 45 years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. It was a very disappointing visit. We definitely will never stay at this unit again.
