The beat rental Ive been to!! This house is stocked and my son especially loved the little man cave underneath. Hated to leave and will be back next year.

Pauline was very responsive and so friendly. The view is gorgeous and we loved the location! The garage is stocked with almost all you need to enjoy your time- crab pots, nets, cornhole, bikes, and many kayaks!

We stayed through the Nor’easter and had a great family time even though many places were closed. This house had so many amenities, the children were never bored and the views were spectacular! The water and wildlife views cannot be beaten. The best on the island! I also can’t say enough about our wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and pleased with our stay. We are already planning our return!

What an amazing house for my last minute Labor Day weekend getaway! The views are absolutely SPECTACULAR (saw the ponies and dolphins from the deck with binocs on first night!) and Pauline was an exceptional host! Her recommended kayaking route through the marsh couldn’t be beat! There is everything you need to have a fabulous stay on the island!!

Great location. The whole experience was wonderful. The pier was a nice amenity- we caught some beautiful crabs! Incredible views of the sunrises and close to everything we needed.

Great stay

Awesome host and perfect place for small family. Well stocked with plenty of outdoor water activities available. Close proximity to anything needed on Chincoteague and wildlife area.

Perfect long weekend

The location is perfect! Lots of extras like the kayaks and bikes. We wish we could have stayed the whole week. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view!

My husband, adult daughter, and I spent four setene days here in October, enjoying the sun glinting on the water., the view of the lighthouse, the coziness, the kayaks and the bikes. Our hostrss, Pauline, was delightful and prompt with our questions We've stayed many places on the island, and this was perfect.

Fabulous house

We stayed 3nights here and it was wonderful. The host is very generous with allowing access kayaks and bicycles so there was plenty to do outdoors. The house is well equipped with appliances and dishes, and it has two beautiful porches to sip your coffee and look at the ponies across bay. We can’t wait to return to this peaceful oasis!!

Perfect long weekend

We had a great long weekend staying in this waterfront property! You can see the horses from the balcony with binoculars! Lovely area to kayak from! Easy driving to town and to the beach. The host was fabulous- so responsive and helpful! They provide everything you might need! Would recommend 100%!

A wonderful retreat with many amenities

Overall a wonderful house to stay with so many extra comforts provided. Cleanliness rated a 4 due mold in shower along base of enclosure and some dust on living room tables. Hard to prevent in waterfront property though. Otherwise, the place was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very communicative and addressed issues with A/C. So many extras provided that ii is a great place for a beach stay without having to bring a carful of extras. Views were gorgeous and would love to stay again. The listing states 2 baths, however it is really 1 1/2 baths. Great to have the extra downstairs one though
