What a beautiful, peaceful place! Our goal was to unplug and recharge this week and watching the birds and bats first thing in the morning set the tone!

Peaceful getaway

Spent a quiet long weekend here with my family. Made use of the dock and fished nearly the whole time. This place was perfect for us.

The pros are that the lake house is pretty much as described. It was lovely to hear the waves crashing against the wall. It was really neat to see the deer come down the hill. The cons are that the adult kayaks were not here, the lake is so consumed with algae we weren’t able to go into the lake. The grills were so dirty that we were not able to use them. It was a lovely day however I feel like we overpaid for the experience. The host was kind and responsive.

Excellent Place To Stay

We stayed here for a family get together. The place is on an excellent part of the lake. The house was beautiful , very clean and had all amenities you would need. We brought way more than we needed. The BBQ and outside grill were excellent and other than heating up previously made spaghetti sauce all our meals were prepared on the deck. There was plenty of seating inside, however really other than sleeping we were outside. More than enough seating outside. We had brought our own chairs and table for outside. You will not need to do that. We left ours in the vehicle. Any communication with the host went very easily. The response time was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lake house stay. We would love to go back.
